Our minimum requirements

1. Government certification

   • Valid CD5 license issued by the Quebec Ministry of the Environment.

2. Specialized equipment

   • Professional-grade heat treatment equipment designed for full bed bug eradication.
   • Regular maintenance and compliance with applicable standards.

3. Insurance and compliance

   • Professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million CAD.
   • Full compliance with Quebec regulations.

4. Structured intervention protocols

   • Ability to follow a clear treatment process (preparation, temperature monitoring, follow-up).
   • Transparent communication of conditions prior to any intervention.

5. Discretion and occupant respect

   • Capacity to intervene discreetly when required (unmarked vehicles upon request).
   • Respect for properties, occupants, and contextual constraints.

A responsible referral approach

Our role is to facilitate connections between individuals facing bed bug infestations and specialized service providers, subject to availability.
All intervention details (pricing, timelines, warranties, protocols) are defined directly between the client and the partner company.
